Seriously. Just before November hits I find out I have a show on Nov 14. And am reminded that I have a craft fair on Nov 12. And it's November so I'm trying to do NaNo, too, which--because I am a moron--I am doing hand-written. God help.
So anyway this is WIP of a painting that might end up in the show (more likely it will be a back-up piece in case something sells). I want to learn how to manipulate the granulation in paint more, and this piece is done almost entirely with granulating paints.
I also started another five pieces last night, smaller pieces destined for the craft show. Some of them are on aquaboard. I was not particularly thrilled with it when I've used it previously, but I had some lying around and decided it was time it got put to work.
And when you use granulating paints in wet washes on aquaboard, the paint just does wonderful things. Very exited to see if these work out.
